*Marie Toulhoat

Marie Toulhoat comes from a family of Breton artists and ceramicists - her grandfather founded Keraluc, and her father is known for his work in several media, including ceramics. Marie and her brother manage the jewelry atelier created by their father, and Marie is also a ceramicist who is inspired by the sea and the land and the creatures thereof. We particularly like the colors the Marie chooses for her pieces - they add another dimension to the pottery of Quimper.

All pieces are hand-painted and made to order, with a delay of 4-6 weeks; naturally, each piece will have slight variations! The glaze for these pieces is certified for alimentary use in France but has not been confirmed in the US; therefore, for export, we recommend that this pottery be used for decoration (and decorative it is!).
